Real tile floors in bathroom.
Old and rundown.

Good value, but the facilities were old and little run down. For the best experience, upgrade to the private rooms with jacuzzi bathtubs.

They did not give clean towels for a week, I bought some of my own.

I did not complete my stay as this place was a stay. Even the doors didn't work right. This hotel should never be on anyones list. This was worse than some 3rd world countries I have traveled to. Disgusting is the only word that comes to mind. ...read more

Not a jacuzzi!

Great for a cheap room. Was not as bad as some of the reviews claimed. I stayed for 4 nights. No problems with staff or other guests.

Next to caltrain and nice restaurants.
No bathroom in the cheap rooms and no shower.

It had no shower, had no toilet. Had to go use the toilet down the hall. Didn't get to shower. I went downstairs for the continental breakfast and the lady said what room are you in, and I told her and she said you can only have coffee, no bagels.
